These terms apply when you use this website or ask Abilene Foundation Repair to quote or carry out work. Using the site means you accept them.
Information on this site
The guides, cost ranges and repair descriptions here are general information about foundation work in the Abilene area. They are not an engineering assessment of your property and are not a quote. Every foundation is different, and only an on-site inspection can tell you what your home actually needs.
Quotes and estimates
Prices given on this site are typical ranges, not offers. A binding price comes only from a written estimate after an inspection. Estimates are valid for the period stated on them. Work begins once you accept an estimate in writing.
Free inspections
Our inspection is free and carries no obligation. It covers a visual assessment and our recommendation. It is not a structural engineer's report; where one is needed we will say so.
Warranty
Warranty terms are set out on your written estimate and in the warranty document issued on completion. Those documents govern. Nothing on this website extends, limits or replaces them.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Abilene Foundation Repair is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. This does not limit any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and does not affect your rights under the warranty on work we have carried out.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
